1.To be ensured materials are fine,100% use toray T700+(T800/T1000) carbon fiber,(50% T800/T1000 and fixed T700 another),because T800/T1000 carbon fiber it has more strongth and smaller density,but still keep T700 carbon weave with good tenacity characters.So those rims with more stronger,lighter,and durable.
2.Upgrade tech,through continuous improvement the processing to lay out carbon fiber,add 3D carbon fiber to the important support points, such as: the rims bed and spoke holes bed,etc to improve the strength of the carbon rims.
3.Using higher temperature of the moldings' machines,and let the resin from the carbon fiber release enough.So the rims will have more strong,and good strength.
